Yes, all DVDs sold by Fatale are replicated (not duplicated) and play on DVD players worldwide. |

Do you ship your DVDs outside the United States? |

Yes, we ship orders worldwide. They are sent via Global Priority Air Mail (5-8 days for delivery) or Air Letter-Post (8-10 days for delivery), depending on where you live. Your sales receipt is sent in a separate envelope. |

Why aren’t all your videos on DVD yet? |

Most Fatale titles are now on DVD. The few remaining titles not on DVD will be on DVD in the near future. |

What is your email policy? |

Fatale Media does not participate in any form of spam messaging. All recipients of legitimate email from Fatale Media are those with prior business history, such as online customers. Beyond that, email may be sent on a “request only” basis to those have have requested information about Fatale Media, or those who have subscribed to our services via strictly voluntary opt-in methods. Fatale Media is fully compliant with the recent CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. |

What is your returns policy? |

Your happiness and satisfaction is our 100% guarantee to you. If your order is not to your liking, please let us know and we will exchange the video, credit your account or refund your money, whichever you choose. |

What packaging do you use when you send the orders out? |
A. |
Within the U.S., we ship in regular Priority Mail packs or boxes, usually with a bubblewrap envelope or other packing materials inside to protect the videos/DVDs/books. The return address label says “Fatale Media, Inc.” with the address only, no Web address or URL or other identifying “markers.” It is a plain label printed in a regular font size in black ink (nothing fancy to draw attention to itself). Sales receipts are enclosed with the order. There is no packing slip or other identifying items stuck to the outside of the package.
Orders sent outside the U.S. are shipped in a plain bubblewrap envelope with the label as above, plus a small green customs form that says “Gift tape(s),“ and marked “Gift/Cadeau“ to expedite customs clearance. Sales receipts are sent in a separate envelope.

If you request overnight or 2-day air shipping, you will receive an e-mail from UPS with your tracking number. At this time, Fatale DVDs are carried at Sexclusivitaeten store in Berlin, Germany, Good for Her and Come As Your Are in Toronto, Canada, and Adult Land in Newtown, Australia. Regulations sometimes prohibit retailers for importing lesbian pornography. But if you have a suggestion for a store for us to contact, please call or e-mail us at christi@fatalemedia.com. If you order online, please know that Fatale ships worldwide. |

Whats the difference between PAL and NTSC versions? Which one do I need to order? |

NTSC: Video standard for North America and most of Central America and the Caribbean; Japan and South Korea; and U.S. possessions or former possessions.
PAL (& SECAM): Video standard for Australia, Singapore, China and all of Western Europe except France; former Yugoslavia; and most of Western Europe's former possessions. If you are in a SECAM country (France or former Iron Curtain) it is likely your VCR will also play PAL tapes. Check your VCRs manual if in doubt. |

Orders that are sent by ground mail may take longer to reach us, and therefore you should allow more time to receive your order. Orders received before 4 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (U.S.) are processed and shipped that day. Orders received after 4 p.m. EDT are processed and shipped the next morning. Orders that are sent by ground mail may take longer to reach us, and therefore you should allow more time to receive your order. Yes, we offer free gift wrapping and personalized gift cards. You receive the receipt in a separate envelope mailed to your attention. The gift recipient receives a packing slip with no prices on it enclosed in the order. |
