Reawakening Desire

Thursday, April 15th, 2010

Springtime is truly here. The trees are blooming, baseball has started, and temperatures are rising. We’ve been thinking about sex, how the springtime air and the shedding of heavy coats and sweaters makes the body sing again.

Our friend Deborah Sundahl was visiting over the Easter holiday and subsequent week that many take as spring break. And she got us thinking about rediscovering the G-spot, and rediscovering the power of female sexuality.

There are still some people who deny the existence of the G-spot and the ability for women to female ejaculate. But Deborah’s longtime dedication to showing the G-spot on video should leave no doubt in anyone’s mind.

If you’re a novice when it comes to the G-spot, start with Deborah’s bestselling classic, How to Female Ejaculate.

If you’re in a couple and want to explore female ejaculation and the G-spot together, try Female Ejaculation for Couples and watch as Deborah guides three straight couples through the steps to achieve this most spectacular of orgasms.

Really, there’s nothing quite like it. And what better time than springtime to allow your body to open up and rediscover pure orgasm like no other in the world.

Till next time, yours in good love and sex,

Ask Fanny – Odorless and Colorless?

Tuesday, February 16th, 2010

Deborah SundahlG-spot expert Deborah Sundahl, a.k.a. Fanny Fatale, answers your questions about female ejaculation and the g-spot. You may send your questions to askfanny@fatalemedia.com; please put FE Q&A in the subject line.

Dear Fanny,
I think I have experienced a clear and odorless ejaculation before, but more noticeable are the ones where I feel they have an odor (only because of how my partner smells afterward). I think when it happens, I feel no control because of the intensity. I’m not sure if I’m pushing too hard when it happens. Like I said, I don’t think I have control when it happens. But I have “pushed” quite hard before and no fluid is released. There are other times I experience a vaginal orgasm though and nothing comes out! It seems to be at random.

Maybe it’s just best to empty my bladder before sex at all times and just leave it at that? I know that female ejaculation is a mixture of different fluids that could include urine.

All the best,

Stephanie

Dear Stephanie,
No, female ejaculate does not include urine. Female ejaculate is mostly prostatic fluid and some glucose.

The noticeable ejaculations would be the ones that smell like urine. So, let’s back up a step. To the non-urine ejaculations! You are ejaculating! Congratulations!

Now, going from there, you say that sometimes your ejaculate smells like urine, when you have an intense orgasm, and you don’t feel yourself ejaculate. That is when it smells mostly like urine, correct? Therefore, you are pushing hard, but not consciously. It’s just the nature of the intensity—in all likelihood.

With intensity and with pushing hard, or both at once, I have noticed that this is the situation when some women experience urine in their ejaculate. I am not sure why that is, but now I am suspecting weak PC muscles. Try doing more Kegel exercises for a few months and see if that helps.

Of course, if you are new to ejaculation, don’t worry about the urine right now; worry about understanding your body and this ejaculation phenomenon, okay? Cut yourself a little slack right now. I have noticed a type of personality that approaches female ejaculation with a dose of worry. Also, I’ve seen performance-oriented women who experience this urine in their ejaculate, and then they worry about it. Maybe relax a bit. Don’t try so hard.

As for pushing out and nothing comes out, many women cannot ejaculate with something in their vaginas! Is this happening? Also, you may be trying too hard, and this can cause a “misfire.”

Please be good to yourself and let this process unfold a bit more. Also, thank your partner for the amazing orgasms you are having that cause you to ejaculate, and ask him to be patient while you figure out the urine leakage problem.

Most of all, I want you to focus not on the bad, but the good. Focus on the times your ejaculate is clear and refreshing! Celebrate, please! For from this vantage point you will learn the most about how to clear up the other problem.

Best to you,
Deborah

Ask Fanny: Safe to Swallow?

Thursday, October 1st, 2009

Deborah Sundahl - Female Ejaculation ExpertG-spot expert Deborah Sundahl, a.k.a. Fanny Fatale, answers your questions about female ejaculation and the g-spot. You may send your questions to askfanny at fatalemedia.com; please put FE Q&A in the subject line.

Hi Deborah,
My name is Dave. Thanks for your great info online. I heard about you from that Playboy Radio show.

My question is this…

My wife has been a squirter for years. We are both very oral…and she swallows my semen quite often, an act I believe to be common and not dangerous, when we have oral sex.

On the flip side…is it safe to swallow her ejaculate???

I know that what comes out of me is semen. I’m unsure what it is that releases from her body. Some say urine…some say other fluid…

I would assume that swallowing urine would give me some kind of staff virus or other disease…

Please let me know if you believe it to be safe to swallow this fluid.

I have in the past and I don’t mind the taste. Are there ways to change the taste?

I appreciate your time and look forward to hearing back from you. Thanks.

Dave in Boca Raton, Florida

Dear Dave,
Thank you for writing me with your question! Was it not clear on the Playboy Radio Afternoon Advice show (Sirius and XM 99) with Tiffany Granath that female ejaculation is not urine?

Female ejaculate is prostatic fluid, and it has the most fresh and uplifting smell with no taste. Female ejaculation also contains a good dose of glucose (sugar), with tiny amounts of urea and creatin.

Urine does not seep into female ejaculate any more often than it seeps into male ejaculate, which some men experience rather often. Same for women.

As to your question about urine, yogis and some alternative health people drink their morning’s urine every day to stay healthy, and sometimes to cure illnesses. Other health uses include those by Mexican laborers who, when using their ancient tradition and beautifully skilled craftsmanship in building rock walls, pee on cuts to their hands to stop infections or to cool down the pain. Ditto the sting of bug bites, to name only a few other medicinal uses for one’s own urine. So, a little urine doesn’t hurt anyone, and could do you good.

I would look online for things to make the urine less darkly dense and offensively smelly; these would probably – in general – also do the same to keep the ejaculate fresher – both yours and hers.

Of course, if you had an STD (sexually transmitted disease), that could be transmitted to your partner by your semen-ejaculate. The same would be true for female ejaculate.

Hope this helps! Keep enjoying and loving!

Deborah

Ask Fanny: Very Multiorgasmic

Thursday, July 30th, 2009

Deborah Sundahl - Female Ejaculation ExpertG-spot expert Deborah Sundahl, a.k.a. Fanny Fatale, answers your questions about female ejaculation and the g-spot. You may send your questions to askfanny at fatalemedia.com; please put FE Q&A in the subject line.

Dear Fanny,
I am one of those women who have been traumatized by the fact that I ejaculate when I climax. I am very multiorgasmic (as long as the man can hold out, I can continue climaxing) and by the time a lovemaking session ends, the whole bed is soaked!

At first I thought it might have been incontinence, yet the sensation was different than that of urination, and the liquid was totally clear and practically – if not completely – odorless.

As time went on, the experience became uncontrollable, more intense and much messier. I have gone to several doctors and once they get over their dismay, they tell me there is nothing to do about it and to just enjoy it.

Problem is, I am presently single, and I don’t know how or when to approach the subject with a man. I am embarrassed to be too candid up front, yet I would be even more mortified if they were turned off by sharing the experience or, worst yet, if they actually thought the liquid was as a result of incontinence.

Do you have any suggestions on how to approach the subject? I would love to once again be intimate with a man, but I let my fear of rejection hold me back. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Cee
Los Angeles, CA

Dear Cee,
Since you obviously have female ejaculation and multiple orgasms working in your sex life, it seems odd that you are not that free when it comes to telling your potential partners about your wonderful ability to be so orgasmic and free-flowing!

When you find a partner you want to have sex with, it is always a good idea to tell him upfront that you ejaculate. The best way to open up the topic with partners is to ask them if they have heard of female ejaculation. If they have not, then you need to tell them that is what you do and then see their reaction. If it is anything less than curious and somewhat enthusiastic, don’t go out with them again.

My guess is that you have had partners in the past who do not appreciate or express themselves sexually in the sophisticated and open way that you do. And that in fact they have put you down for it. I believe this is the problem, not what to say to a potential sex partner.

A woman just came to my workshop who learned to ejaculate for the first time. She went back to her new partner, who didn’t know about female ejaculation, and she did not ejaculate. This is not surprising to me.

Do not be afraid or ashamed of your wonderful way you express yourself sexually. If your partner cannot meet you with this, find another. Do not waste your precious sexual life force on someone who will denigrate it by withdrawing, ignoring or withholding interest and sexual partnership.

Good luck!

Deborah

Ask Fanny: Does Age Matter?

Monday, June 15th, 2009

Deborah Sundahl - Female Ejaculation ExpertG-spot expert Deborah Sundahl, a.k.a. Fanny Fatale, answers your questions about female ejaculation and the g-spot.

Dear Fanny,
If you’ve never female ejaculated before, where do you begin? How do you convince a perhaps skeptical partner that this exists? How much time do you need?

Lastly, I’m over 50; does it matter how old you are?

Signed,

Nervous in Nevada

Dear Nervous,
The first step to begin to learn how to female ejaculate is to inform yourself about what female ejaculation is and where it comes from.  In my experience, half the work of learning how to female ejaculate is done by educating yourself on the subject.

Female ejaculation is prostatic fluid with a little bit of glucose (sugar). This fluid is produced by the female prostate. The female prostate is the G-spot. All women have one, as do all men. Therefore, all women can ejaculate if they want to learn how.

Learning how to ejaculate is fairly easy. Most women can accomplish it in a few months, if not right away, once they realize an important factor: the feeling of needing to pee is actually the urge to ejaculate

What can take many years to learn is how to reawaken the sensations of the G-spot, which are ultrasensitive by nature but numbed out in most women.

A sizable minority of partners does not know about female ejaculation; therefore, if partners are surprised with this information during sex, they get shocked and often react in an angry and/or turned-off manner. So, first thing to do if you ejaculate already, or learn to do so later, is to tell a new partner, “I ejaculate!”

Meanwhile, the best way to convince a skeptical partner that female ejaculation and the G-spot do indeed exist is by ejaculating when making love. Surprise them with the wet towel under their nose, so they take a good, deep sniff. They will smell for themselves that it is not urine. That should take care of the issue of skepticism right then and there.

Lastly, you can learn to ejaculate at any age. Age does not seem to make ejaculating harder or make the amount of ejaculate less. In fact, older women can have an edge on the ease of learning how to ejaculate, because older women are more inclined to want to relax and open their body to more sensuality—a state that makes it easier to ejaculate.

Good luck!

Fanny

Ask Fanny: Excessive

Wednesday, April 1st, 2009

Deborah Sundahl - Female Ejaculation ExpertG-spot expert Deborah Sundahl, a.k.a. Fanny Fatale, answers your questions about female ejaculation and the g-spot.

Hi Fanny,
I started ejaculating about a year ago, but only while I was masturbating, and then it was about an ounce of odorless clear liquid, always from clitoral stimulation.

Now, my girlfriend and I have been together for almost two months, and I am having prolonged, intense orgasms accompanied by, literally, cups of ejaculate fluid. I would say four ounces per ejaculation, and I can do it as many times as she stimulates me. It could probably be up to twenty ounces or more per session.

It’s great that it’s so intense, and I feel kind of lucky, but also pretty embarrassed when we’re in the middle of getting it on and suddenly, we’re in a lake. She’s not grossed out at all by this and is really, really supportive. It was hot at first, but it’s getting kind of ridiculous. Now, almost any kind of stimulation from her gets me wet and makes me come, hard. I’m starting to wonder if this is highly unusual or unhealthy in some way.

I could really use any kind of advice in how to minimize ejaculation (and hold onto the orgasms if possible) without having to invest in a kiddie pool. If not, are there products out there to control the level of messiness involved?

Thanks,
Betsy Wetsy

Dear Betsy,
Once some women learn how to ejaculate, it is a shock for them at how much, and how easily, the ejaculate can flow out! The fact that you used the words “embarrassed” and “supportive” suggests to me that you are still not quite comfortable with your ability to ejaculate, and/or sharing it with another. I suspect that this is the underlying reason why you are concerned with the amount, or if you are hurting your health in some way.

There is nothing wrong at all with feeling a bit shy about being able to ejaculate so profusely, as you are doing with your new honey. More than that, I suspect you are ejaculating so much because of your new relationship! Many women ejaculate easily with someone new whom they really feel comfortable with and who they really like a lot. The reverse is true as well; women who are not that happy in their relationship sometimes stop ejaculating for a while, or do a less amount.

It is not easy to express your gushing self so easily in front of someone new, and so please give yourself a pat on the back for allowing it and not clamping down on everything!

So, you have things to celebrate, girl! A full and flowing ability to ejaculate, and a wonderful new love in your life! You can learn to control your ejaculate a little bit, but I really don’t recommend that for you at this stage. You have just learned to open the floodgates, and it appears to have brought you a wonderful lover. So, just enjoy for now…let nature take its course, as it most assuredly will.

Meanwhile, the best and only thing I can suggest for the bed is the wonderful, plush throw by Liberator. Please check it out through my site.

But most of all, get out of the bed, grrrl! Spring is here, go out to the garden and water the plants! Do it in the shower, on the tile floor! Let it rip. Love your Wild Woman Self! Be a “Woman Who Runs with the Water”!
